McEvoy, Conrad and McCourt of The Conrad Group complete four deals

The Conrad Group recently completed the following transactions: * Amercian Contractors Corporation (ACC) signed a long term lease for 13,333 s/f at 120 York Ave. James McEvoy of Conrad represented the landlord, York Properties. * Conrad completed a lease for 2 floors at 42 Thomas Patten Dr. The new tenant, Distinctive Apparel, Inc. will establish their corporate offices in the 44,000 s/f building. The leasing team of Bob Conrad and Paul McCourt of Conrad represented the landlord while Sean Lynch of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Distinctive Apparel. Occupancy was expected in October. * Conrad recently negotiated a lease of 17,400 s/f at 75 Research Rd. in Hingham. 75 Research Rd. is a 22,400 s/f air-conditioned flex building in South Shore Park, located just off Rte. 3 at exit 15. The space has been leased by Sagamore Plumbing & Heating. McEvoy represented the landlord, 75 Research Road Realty Trust while Sagamore was represented by Chris Crooks and Dan Sullivan of Cresa Partners. * Conrad negotiated a lease of 4,650 s/f for Longwater Realty, LLC at 104 Longwater Dr. in Norwell. The new tenant, South Shore Charter School intends to use the space to satisfy its continued needs for additional space. Occupancy is slated for this fall.
