McEvoy of The Conrad Group arranges two new leases totaling 20,000 s/f
Hingham, MA Radius Marketing Group has signed a new long-term lease for 13,750 s/f at 41 Sharp St. Radius, a print production and design company, specializes in large format print equipment, bindery, data file mail management, kitting, fulfillment and warehousing. Radius will be moving its Rockland operation into the facility soon.
Boston Select Door has signed a long term-lease extension for its 6,250 s/f at the property, bringing occupancy to 100%.
James McEvoy, senior vice president/principal of The Conrad Group, Inc., exclusively represented the landlord, Forty-one Sharp Street Realty Trust in the negotiations.

Hines of Horvath & Tremblay completes the sale of 200 multi-family units in Connecticut for $16.24 million
Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
