McEvoy of The Conrad Group assists Atlantic Bodwell Realty in 50,000 s/f lease

Avon, MA The Conrad Group, Inc. has negotiated a long term lease of 50,000 s/f in the Avon Industrial Park. Symmons Industries will be relocating/expanding to 275 Bodwell St. from its existing operation on York Ave. in Randolph.

Symmons is a premier manufacturer of commercial and residential plumbing products headquartered in Braintree.

James McEvoy, senior vice president at Conrad represented the landlord, Atlantic Bodwell Realty, LLC in the transaction. Symmons was represented by Caleb Hudak of Colliers International.

Also, Conrad Group has negotiated a lease in the York Industrial Park. Red Line Freight Systems has signed a lease for 20,725 s/f at 140 York Ave., increasing its presence in the park.

Red Line Freight Systems is a New England regional volume LTL/truckload and distribution carrier.

James McEvoy and Shawn McEvoy, vice president at Conrad represented the landlord, F&L Commercial Properties, LLC and the tenant in the transaction.
