McEvoy of The Conrad Group handles $18.5 million industrial/warehouse sale in Braintree, MA

Braintree, MA B&R Partners, LLC has sold its industrial/IOS building located at 825 Granite St. to 825 Granite St. Braintree, LLC, an affiliate of Calare Properties. The property consists of a 72,480 s/f office/IOS/warehouse facility on 9.14 acres of land. The seller’s business, Indus, will lease back the building for 12 months while they construct a new facility in Middleborough. 

The Conrad Group senior vice president, James McEvoy, exclusively represented the seller and introduced the buyer. According to the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $18.5 million. The Conrad Group has been retained as leasing agent for Calare Properties.
