Lawrence, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties has finalized the lease of 18,129 s/f of warehouse/industrial space at 94-104 Glenn St., to Krospoint.
94-104 Glenn St. is an industrial property with accessibility to surrounding highways, making it an attractive location for Krospoint’s commercial printing and distribution business.
Rob McGarry of O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the tenant, Krospoint. CBRE represented the landlord, DH Property Holdings, LLC.
