McInnis of Nautilus Realty Group sells 15.98 acre site for $3.1 million

North Hampton, NH A significant 15.98 acre assemblage of land including a Mobil Station, auto dealership, body shop and service center on Rte. 1 have been sold in a 5 parcel portfolio sale for $3.1 million to local developer Brian Thibeault. The gas station and 4 other parcels of commercial land and buildings were owned by the Simmons family and controlled by Peter Simmons for 20 plus years.

Nautilus Realty Group principal broker and president Christopher McInnis facilitated the transaction, consisting of a total of 15.98 acres, and closed on Monday December 7th. Nautilus represented ZJBV Properties, an investment company owned by Brian Thibeault. Thibeault said he purchased the properties as they represent a major redevelopment site on the seacoast of New Hampshire and hold tremendous potential for North Hampton’s future being in a key location at the Route 1, Atlantic Ave intersection.

McInnis said, “My client will be looking to develop the property in the highest and best use possible for both the Town of North Hampton and the potential needs for the area. His immediate intention will be to rehabilitate the property’s landscaping and buildings while talking with potential businesses and tenants in the near future.”
