Northeast Dermatology has leased 4,500 s/f of office space at 155 Borthwick Ave. from Millennium Borthwick II, LLC. Northeast Dermatology Associates is one of the nation's largest progressive dermatology groups. Margot McKean and Bob Marchewka of The Kane Co. listed the space. Gail Hughes a commercial and industrial real estate broker, represented the tenant.
