Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC (RBJ), brokered a new 21,148 s/f lease for MRV Communications at 300 Apollo Dr., which is located in the Chelmsford Office & Research Park.
MRV Communications, which is moving from Littleton, has leased office space on the building's third floor. The location will house members of the networking company's engineering, operations and customer service teams.
Brian McKenzie, partner, John Wilson, partner, and James Lipscomb, senior vice president at RBJ represented MRV Communications in the transaction. The building's landlord, Chelmsford Associates, LLC, was represented by Lincoln Property Company.
