McKinley and Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky broker $650,000 sale

John McKinley and Paul Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. were the exclusive listing brokers for a property sold at 45 Sword St. The single story 11,890 s/f building was owned by the Sword St. Trust and sold for $650,000 to the House of Spices. The new site will replace the House of Spices leased space currently located on Stafford St. in Worcester. The site will headquarter the companies regional warehouse/distribution operation. The New York based company supplies Indian foods and spices to restaurants and markets. After updates and modifications, the company plans to occupy the new facility by late summer or early fall.
