McKinley, Matt, Kelleher and Dunn of Kelleher & Sadowsky sell 11,763 s/f

John McKinley, principal, Paul Matt, William Kelleher, vice president and Peter Dunn, of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. brokered the sale of both 1470 and 1480 John Fitch Highway. The building located at 1470 is a vacant 3,679 s/f building that is on .22 acre. The building located at 1480 is an 8,084 s/f structure on an acre of land and is used as medical offices. Both buildings are close to downtown. The properties were sold to Seven Hills Foundation for a combined total of $1.055 million. Seven Hills plans to completely occupy both facilities after the current medical tenants vacate in August and all construction is completed at the end of 2008. Once construction is completed, Seven Hills plans to use both buildings to house their day care program that currently exists on Day Street in Downtown Fitchburg. The Seven Hills Foundation mission is to promote and encourage the individual empowerment of all persons with significant challenges so that each may pursue their highest possible degree of personal well-being and independence. Seven Hills Foundation works to advance and sponsor rehabilitative, housing, educational, healthcare, social, and related services on behalf of person with physical, developmental, emotional, or other life challenges.
