John McKinley, principal, Paul Matt, William Kelleher, vice president and Peter Dunn, of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. brokered the sale of both 1470 and 1480 John Fitch Highway. The building located at 1470 is a vacant 3,679 s/f building that is on .22 acre.
The building located at 1480 is an 8,084 s/f structure on an acre of land and is used as medical offices. Both buildings are close to downtown. The properties were sold to Seven Hills Foundation for a combined total of $1.055 million.
Seven Hills plans to completely occupy both facilities after the current medical tenants vacate in August and all construction is completed at the end of 2008.

Once construction is completed, Seven Hills plans to use both buildings to house their day care program that currently exists on Day Street in Downtown Fitchburg.
