McKinnon of Grossman Companies named agent for 2,237 s/f retail space
The director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., Richard McKinnon, has been named exclusive broker for a 2,237 s/f retail unit at The Residences at Munroe Place, 1211 Hancock St. The available unit is one of five retail shops on the street level of an 111-unit luxury apartment building adjacent to the MBTA's Quincy Center Red Line and Commuter Rail station.
According to McKinnon, the former site of the MarketUSA Credit Union is an ideal location for another banking facility. Also available is a 369 s/f ATM space. He represents the landlord, Munroe Place LLC.
Other retail tenants at The Residences at Munroe Place are Scottrade, Starbucks, Citi Financial, and T Mobile.
