Shair of M&J Associates leases 1,741 s/f to Sunsational Tanning Spa
According to Mark Shair, president of M&J Associates, Inc., Sunsational Tanning Spa has opened at 1079 Commonwealth Ave. The spa occupies 1,741 s/f on the street level. 1079 Commonwealth Ave. is a multi-story building that contains 300 apartment units and a large in building parking garage. The building was developed and is owned by The Hamilton Company.
According to Shair. "A major factor in selecting this location was its immediate proximity to Boston University. Also, this building has great exposure being at the corner of Commonwealth Ave. and Brighton Ave."
This is the third Sensational Tanning Spa. The other units are located in Milford and Plainville.
M&J Associates is a full-service retail leasing and consulting firm located at 120 Wells Ave., Newton.
