McKinnon of Grossman negotiates $565,000 sale of 1,200 s/f building
The former Settles Glass building, one of the few available development parcels in Hingham Sq., has been sold.
The 1,200 s/f building on a 7,500 s/f lot at 6 Station St. near the corner of North St. was on the market for two days.
The announcement was made by Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., who represented the seller, Morton LLC, and procured the buyer, Six Station Street, LLC.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
