Information security provider High Technique has renewed its lease for 1,564 s/f at 150 Grossman Dr. at Braintree Executive Park (BEP).
Representing both the tenant and landlord, Braintree Executive Park LLC, in lease negotiations was Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc.
Among other tenants at BEP are Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Bank of America, Rockland Trust, and Manpower International.
High Technique moved to BEP in 2009, noting the property's highway access, proximity to Boston and the high quality of property management services provided by The Grossman Companies, Inc.
