McKinnon of The Grossman Companies, Inc. brokers 3,554 s/f lease renewal

Galileo Press, a leading publisher of books for SAP, design and IT/computing professionals, has renewed its lease for 3,554 s/f for its U.S. headquarters at 100 Grossman Dr. at Braintree Executive Park. Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., represented both the landlord, Braintree Executive Park LLC, and the tenant in negotiations. Braintree Executive Park consists of mirror-image twin first-class office buildings adjacent to K-Mart Plaza off Rte. 3. This past year, common areas including bathrooms at 100 Grossman Dr. underwent major renovations to maintain the property's class A office space ambiance. The buildings, within walking distance to the MBTA Red Line/Commuter Rail station, offer highway access and numerous nearby restaurants, stores and hotels. Among other Braintree Executive Park tenants are Bank of America, Harvard Vanguard Medical, Tremont Federal Credit Union and Rockland Trust. The Grossman Companies, Inc., offers a full range of brokerage services, with a focus on sales and leasing of commercial property throughout New England.
