McKinnon of The Grossman Companies, Inc. named exclusive broker for 32 Resnik Road, Plymouth, Mass.
Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., of Quincy, has been named exclusive broker to lease 32 Resnik Rd.
Currently available for lease are professional/medical suites from 2,800 - 6,000 s/f. The building is accessible to Rtes. 3 and 44 and is a half mile from the Colony Place Shopping Center. McKinnon is representing the landlord, WJL Realty Trust.
McKinnon says the space and location are ideal for many professional office uses. The building is currently home to several medical and health care tenants including Eye Health Services, Beacon Hospice, and several dental and medical practices. There is ample parking.
