McKinnon of The Grossman Companies, Inc. negotiates 7,488 s/f lease to CH Powell Company
With the leasing of 7,488 s/f at 240 McClellan Highway to global logistics firm CH Powell Company, The Grossman Companies, Inc., has brought this air freight facility to 100% occupancy. The property is one of the closest facilities to Logan International Airport.
Negotiating the lease for the owner, 230-240 McClellan Highway LLC, was exclusive broker Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for Grossman Cos.
