McKinnon of The Grossman Companies, Inc. represents 370 McClellan Highway in 13,947 s/f lease

Growing freight shipping and delivery services firm Skema Courier, Inc., has leased 13,947 s/f of warehouse and office space at 370 McClellan Highway (Rte. 1A). Representing the owner, 370 McClellan Highway LLC was exclusive broker Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc. Representing the tenant was Steve Nohrden, vice president of Burgess Properties. Licensed and bonded, Skema relocated from its long-time Chelsea facility to take up residence at one of the closest air freight facilities to Logan International Airport. Making the property especially attractive for air freight and delivery firms are easy access to all the major roads leading into and out of Boston and the airport. Based on international traffic, Logan is the country's 12th busiest airport. Last year 685,000 tons of cargo (and 29 million passengers) passed through its terminals. The Grossman Companies, Inc., offers a full range of brokerage services, with a focus on sales and leasing of commercial property throughout New England.
