McKinnon of The Grossman Companies, Inc. reps Pilot Freight Services in 16,175 s/f lease

Pilot Freight Services, a full-service global transportation and logistics company, is moving to larger quarters along McClellan Highway (Rte. 1A), among the closest such facilities to the main entrance of Logan Airport. Pilot, one of the largest privately held U.S. freight forwarder, is moving its location from 240 McClellan Highway where it has leased 12,000 s/f since 2004, to 310 McClellan Highway, expanding to 16,175 s/f. Exclusive broker Richard McKinnon, director, brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., represented Pilot. He also represents additional air/freight on McClellan Highway. Two years ago, in one of the year's largest air / freight deals near Logan, McKinnon leased 25,500 s/f at 290 McClellan to Agility Global Integrated Logistics, a provider of supply chain solutions. The Grossman Companies, Inc., offers a full range of Landlord and Tenant Services, with a focus on sales and leasing of commercial property throughout New England.
