McKinnon of The Grossman Companies, Inc., signs Audio Concepts to 6,404 s/f

The landmark property at 870 Commonwealth Ave. on the Brookline-Boston line opposite Boston University remains 100% leased with the recent lease renewal by Audio Concepts for 6,404 s/f. Negotiations were handled by Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., who represented the landlord, 860-872 Commonwealth Avenue Trust. Commonwealth Ave. has strong demographics, visibility, heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic, access to the MBTA Green Line, and proximity to Boston University, downtown Boston, and key highways. Nearby neighbors include Boston University Residence Towers, John Hancock Student Village, and the Harry Agganis Sports Arena and Entertainment Complex. Other 870 Commonwealth Ave. tenants are 7-Eleven, East Coast Alpine, Elements Therapeutic Massage, Fenway Printing and The Renfrew Center.
