McKinnon of The Grossman Companies leases 20,000 s/f for Lightning Express at 370 McClellan Highway

Lightning Express, a freight trucking, forwarding and warehousing firm, has leased 20,000 s/f at 370 McClellan Highway (Route 1A). Making the announcement was Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., and exclusive broker for the property, who represented the landlord in the transaction. Representing the tenant was Grubb & Ellis. 370 McClellan Highway is ideal for air freight as it is close to Logan International Airport's main entrance. The building includes 13 loading doors, a drive-in door, 20' ceilings and overhead heaters. It is fully sprinklered, with HVAC in the office areas. Last month, McKinnon leased 10,500 s/f to another air freight handler, GMS Transportation, at nearby 230 McClellan Highway. The Grossman Companies, Inc., offers a full range of brokerage services, with a focus on sales and leasing of commercial property throughout New England.
