MISI Company, Ltd., a division of NTT Data Group, one of Japan's largest telecomnmunications companies, has leased 4,342 s/f at the 1099 Building, 1099 Hingham St., according to Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, exclusive broker for the landlord, Rockland Haverstraw LLC. Nat Kessler, first vice president of CBRE represented the tenant.
The landmark first-class office building is on the Hingham / Rockland line at the junction of Rtes. 3 and 228. It is home to pharmaceutical company EMD Serono, financial services industry advisor Cutter Associates, and UBS, one of the world's largest asset managers.
