Burger King has renewed the 3,500 s/f long-term lease for its retail location at 56-72 Granite St., according to Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., who represented the tenant and landlord, 56-72 Granite Street Trust, in the transaction.
