Prolman Realty, Inc. and Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England have been selected by the Hardman Companies to bring two retail shopping centers to the market.
Merrimack Commons, located on Rte. 3, consists of 86,136 s/f situated on 13.2 acres, and Granite Town Plaza, in Milford, consists of 109,069 s/f situated on 18.3 acres. Both centers are anchored by Tractor Supply and offer unique opportunities for immediate cash flow, as well as redevelopment opportunities.

Narragansett, RI Lila Delman Compass brokered the sale of 121 Kenyon Farm Rd. for $3.6 million. Dan and Nicole Harding represented the sellers, and Ashley Fitzsimmons represented the buyers.
