Prolman Realty and Grubb & Ellis | NNE leasing agents for two retail centers

Prolman Realty, Inc. and Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England have been selected by the Hardman Companies to bring two retail shopping centers to the market. Merrimack Commons, located on Rte. 3, consists of 86,136 s/f situated on 13.2 acres, and Granite Town Plaza, in Milford, consists of 109,069 s/f situated on 18.3 acres. Both centers are anchored by Tractor Supply and offer unique opportunities for immediate cash flow, as well as redevelopment opportunities. Dan Scanlon of Grubb & Ellis and Lisa Morrison and Mark Prolman of Prolman Realty, are the agents working on this assignment.
