McKinnon of The Grossman Companies represents Top Source LLC in 20,000 s/f lease

Top Source LLC, one of the largest cooperative buying organizations in the retail food industry, has subleased 20,000 s/f for new headquarters space at 3 Batterymarch Park. Richard McKinnon, director brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., represented TopSource. Representing the tenant Aviva Life & Annuity Co. as sublandlord in the transaction was John Driscoll of Cushman & Wakefield. The new space represents an 8,000 s/f expansion by TopSource from its previous offices. The building is owned by the National Fire Protection Association. Batterymarch Park is a premier first-class office park consisting of four buildings set on a 50 acre campus at the intersection of the Southeast Expressway, Rte. 3 and Rte. 128/93. The park is 15 minutes from downtown Boston. The Grossman Companies, Inc., offers a full range of landlord and tenant services, with a focus on sales and leasing of commercial property throughout New England.
