McKinnon of The Grossman Cos. leases 1,600 s/f at Lincoln Plaza

Open Doors Power Yoga Studio, Inc. has leased 1,600 s/f for the company's 12th Greater Boston location at Lincoln Plaza/ Rte. 3A. Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., of Quincy, represented the tenant, and Brian Curtis of CurtLo LLC represented the landlord. Open Doors Power Yoga Studio owner Richard Lanza said, "The Hingham location is perfect, situated off a major roadway with high visibility. It has been a pleasure to work with Richard McKinnon who negotiated a lease that works for our budget and needs. We'll continue to work with him as our business continues to expand."
