Gallery Ottoman, a wholesale/retail dealer specializing in hand-woven oriental rugs signed a 5-year lease for 850 s/f, Global Market Connection, a retail/Internet dealer who specializes in coin and precious metals has leased 1,200 s/f and Ronnie Deutch Tax Center, a national tax service center who has recently entered the Conn. marketplace has signed a 5 year lease for 1,200 s/f.
