McKinnon of The Grossman Cos. negotiates 1,625 s/f lease renewal for Brewed Awakenings

Coffee aficionados will be pleased to know that Brewed Awakenings, a popular purveyor of fresh coffee, baked goods, sandwiches, soups and salads, has renewed its lease for 1,625 s/f at the Pride Building at the corner of South and Main Sts. in Hingham Sq. Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc. negotiated the lease renewal, representing both the landlord, Hingham Square LLC, and the tenant. Since opening 15 years ago, Brewed Awakenings' cozy atmosphere has built a loyal following and has become a landmark in historic Hingham. The space was recently renovated.
