McLaughlin of McLaughlin Investments arranges $1.55m sale
John McLaughlin, CCIM, CRE, of McLaughlin Investments, Inc., Burlington arranged the sale of Terrace Hall Ave. for $1.55 million.
Site consists of a 21,600 s/f, multi tenant, R/Flex NNN facility, located within Burlington R District and in close proximity to Network Dr. and Northwest Park.
The property services mid size office/R defense industry related tenants.
Seaver Construction, buyer, acquired the property based on design, tenancy, cash flow, NNN leases and its ability to purchase below replacement cost.
Financing was provided by Northmark Bank; environmental services by James Currier, EBI.
McLaughlin represented both buyer and seller, TriTerrace, LLC.
