McLaughry Commercial leases 1,500 s/f to Yiping's Asian Market

According to Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, the company has completed the long-term lease with Yiping's Asian Market for expanded space at 55 Main St. Yiping Weed, owner and operator of Yiping's Asian Market has operated a smaller store in downtown Hanover, but based on her success and regional appeal, she sought a larger store with a universal location which will be more convenient to her growing market share. Yiping said, "We knew we needed a larger store, which 55 Main St. offers, plus West Lebanon has exposure to many Vermont customers as well as the Dartmouth community and our local cliental." The new store will be 1,500 s/f with storage and parking. McLaughry Commercial represented the owner/landlord, Princeton Realty Holdings and assisted the tenant in the lease. McLaughry Commercial has been servicing the commercial real estate market in the Upper Valley for over 40 years with its principal office in West Lebanon.
