McMahon and Ginsberg of Summit Realty broker 24,439 s/f in leases at Airport Commons Shopping Center

Gilford, NH Summit Realty Partners, Inc. has completed two new lease transactions at Airport Commons Shopping Center. 

A new lease was executed with Tractor Supply Company for a 21,553 s/f retail store scheduled to open later this year. The tenant was represented by New England Retail Properties.

Additionally, a new lease was executed with Coldwell Banker for a 2,886 s/f retail real estate office also scheduled to open this year. The tenant was represented by Joe Robinson of NAI Norwood Group. 

Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg of Summit Realty represented the landlord, Gilford Airport Plaza LLC, in both transactions. 

Airport Commons is a 62,000 s/f recently renovated retail shopping center situated on 10 acres. This property is located at the northern terminus of the Laconia /Gilford Bypass which offers visibility and market penetration in this busy retail corridor. These two new tenants will join Gilford Cinema 8 to drive significant traffic to the center. Summit Realty Partners is actively seeking tenants to lease the remaining retail space.

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
