Nashua, NH Summit Realty Partners, Inc. has completed a new lease transaction at 443 Amherst St.
Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. has signed a lease for a 8,125 s/f free standing retail store scheduled to open in spring/summer of this year.
The tenant was represented by Jay Wise of WRE Brokers. Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg of Summit Realty represented the landlord.
This property is located in a retail corridor. The building features a shared entrance with FedEx Office, pylon signage and parking.
Nearby retailers include Market Basket, PetSmart, Target, Walgreens, Aldi and more.
In addition, Summit Realty has completed new leasing activity at Wayland Town Center in Wayland, Mass. A new lease has been executed with The Bagel Table. The Bagel Table offers bagels, bagel sandwiches, salads, artisian sandwiches, and non-alcoholic beverages. The Bagel Table has leased a 3,900 s/f space located at the entrance to Wayland Town Center. The café which uses locally sourced fresh ingredients, will replace Panera Bread. The Bagel Table originated in local Farmers Markets and has been serving the Greater Boston and MetroWest areas for some time. Since 2014, customers have attended local markets to buy their bagels and requested they open a brick and mortar location where customers could get their product anytime. The Bagel Table’s first store opened at The Street in Chestnut Hill in 2017. The Bagel Table will now have locations in Ashland, Brighton, Chestnut Hill, and Wayland Mass.
In addition to the café, The Bagel Table will feature an additional concept known as “The Gathering Gallery.” The Gathering Gallery will be a space for customers and individuals in the community to meet for a variety of uses. This gallery will be open and available for use by customers during hours of operation and can also be reserved for workshops and even personal events such as bridal showers, luncheons etc. The Gathering Gallery is a place where people can ‘gather’ to chat, relax and interact with others while forming a sense of community in town.
Wayland Town Center is a 175,000 s/f grocery anchored, mixed-use development catering to the residential communities of Wayland, Weston, Sudbury and others.
