McMahon of Jones Lang LaSalle handles 15,300 s/f lease for 150 Fisher

The Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) recently signed a 15,300 s/f lease at 150 Fisher Dr.  CREC will utilize the space for a Reggio Emilia Magnet School of the Arts. Located in Avon Park North, 150 Fisher Dr. is a 30,720 s/f single story office building owned by 150 Fisher Dr., LLC.
