McMahon of NAI Norwood Group represents Seacoast Hospice in $475,000 sale

NAI Norwood Group has brokered the sale of a 6,132 s/f historic office building on 1.64 acres located at 10 Hampton Rd. The seller, Seacoast Hospice, was represented by Chris McMahon of NAI Norwood. A sale price of $475,000 represents a per s/f price of $77.46. The buyer, QMMR Realty, LLC has purchased the property as an investment to be occupied by the buyer's business which is currently based in downtown. The business, Qessential Medical Market Research is a market research firm that gathers insight from specialty physicians, nurses and other healthcare workers. Seacoast Hospice decided to sell the administrative building after they merged with Mass.-based Beacon Hospice in October, 2010. Subsequently, most of the employees from Exeter have moved to new office space on Brewery Lane in Portsmouth where they continue to provide a high level of hospice care for the region.
