McNeice of Linear Retail Properties leases 3,600 s/f to Bike Zone

Yarmouth, MA According to Linear Retail Properties, LLC, Bike Zone has opened at its Yarmouth Shopping Center, located at 471 Station Ave.
Bike Zone Yarmouth’s 3,600 s/f store offers a large line of road, mountain, cyclocross and leisure bicycles for sale, a service and repair center, bike rentals and Pro Fit consultations. The new store is positioned on the Cape Cod Rail Trail future extension.
The deal was facilitated by Linear Retail’s Gail McNeice, VP of leasing & asset management, and Commercial Realty Advisors’ Chris Bailey. Yarmouth Shopping Center is now fully leased.
