Meet the CAI Member: Charlotte Scuderi

Charlotte Scuderi is a condominium homeowner at Sprague House Condominium. A real estate broker who has previously served 2 terms on the CAI-NE board, she was appointed chair of a chapter task force to develop and implement a program to educate real estate sales professionals about the nuances of condominiums.
