Frank Lombardi, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of Goodman, Shapiro and Lombardi LLC. He is co-chair of the CAI Rhode Island Legislative Action Committee (RILAC). In addition to his frequent chapter speaking engagements, he authors a regular Rhode Island news column for Condo Media magazine, the official publication of the CAI New England Chapter. In addition to serving as a member of the attorneys' committee and on the CAI-NE board of directors, Lombardi will serve as CAI-NE chapter president in 2014.
