Arthur Richter has served on the board of directors of the Northern Mass. Commercial Investment board of Realtors and is on the board of directors of Central Catholic High School.
He is also the immediate past-president of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Lawrence and is a corporator of The Savings Bank in Wakefield, Mass.
