Edward Godin, Jr., SIOR is a licensed broker and has over 20 years of full time industrial and commercial real estate experience. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of commercial real estate, his specialty being the sale and leasing of industrial properties. Throughout his career he has assisted hundreds of companies and individuals with their real estate requirements. He has also been awarded CoStar's Power Broker Award for the past five consecutive years as one of the Top 20 Industrial Brokers in southern Conn. and Westchester County, NY.
