Meixner, Freid and Sneider of Boston Realty Advisor negotiate leases for Kaplansky Insurance, Broadvision and American Liver Foundation

Boston Realty Advisor's suburban team of Adam Meixner, Jeremy Freid and Jordan Sneider experienced a busy end to the summer in the Central 95/Mass. Pike office leasing sector. Highlighted by deals with: * Kaplansky Insurance (10 Kearney Rd. - Needham), * Broadvision (255 Bear Hill Rd. - Waltham) and * The American Liver Foundation (188 Needham St. - Newton). The team was able to secure 27,000 s/f in leases before the Labor Day weekend. "Given the rapidly diminishing amount of product in the 95/Mass. Pike sub-market, we saw a number of tenants make signing the new office lease a top priority this summer," Meixner said. The BRA suburban team's primary regional focus is the I-95/Mass. Pike interchange.
