Melanson of MANSARD arranges $1.395m sale of 55 Loon Hill Road

Dracut, MA Chris Melanson of MANSARD completed the $1.395 million sale of 55 Loon Hill Rd. Melanson represented the seller and procured the buyer in this transaction.

55 Loon Hill Rd. is located on a 3.67 acre lot surrounded by a retail center, Arbors Assisted Living, CVS, Circle Health Urgent Care, USPS and Dracut Police Department. Permitted uses include: recreation, conservation, agriculture, educational, religious, nursing home, retail, professional and medical office, financial service, restaurant, hotel and or motel, lodge or club, funeral home, veterinary care, personal services, general services and studio. Many other potential uses subject to special permit through town of Dracut. 

Melanson, described the transaction as successful. He said, “We are happy with the outcome, both parties achieved what they were looking for.”

 “It was a great opportunity for both the buyer and seller to dispose and acquire this well located piece of land for further development.” MANSARD is thrilled to report that both parties were able to complete this transaction.
