North Haven CT Dave Melillo, senior commercial associate with H. Pearce Commercial, brokered a lease for 4,500 s/f at 355 Sackett Point Rd. This is a long-term lease with Greenskies Renewable Energy, LLC. Melillo represented both the landlord, 355 Sackett Point Road LLC, and the tenant.

Greenskies Renewable Energy, is part of The Clean Focus group which originates, develops, finances, constructs, owns, and operates renewable energy projects in the United States, Taiwan, and China. This is one of three North American offices.
