Meredith Bay signs agreement with NorthWest to develop 4 custom homes

Meredith Bay, a 410+-acre residential gated community and marina, has signed an agreement with Ron Peabody of NorthWest Development, LLC for the development of four single family home sites. Construction is currently underway on four model homes. Of the 129 lots located within Phase I of the Meredith Bay community, most which include boat slips, NorthWest will develop single-family homes mirroring the community's unique setting. A selection of model homes, The Cottage, The Camp, and The Lodge, will offer residents over 3,000 s/f of lakeside rustic charm with all the modern amenities of a luxury home. "Meredith Bay is a very unique and special place. We are pleased that we have entered into an agreement with NorthWest Development. Their reputation for quality homes complements our vision for this extraordinary development," said Chris Duprey, project manager at Meredith Bay. "Once you enter Meredith Bay's gates, you recognize that this development is unlike anything else in the region. No other place offers its residents the unique combination of real estate, the lake, the views and the marina," said Ron Peabody, president of NorthWest Development. "During these difficult financial times NorthWest is confident that the resources and infrastructure of the Meredith Bay community is solid and a financially stable one. We are extremely eager and excited to begin construction and hope to continue building homes within the Meredith Bay community for many years to come."
