Meridian Capital Group sells 614,610 s/f industrial property - $37.6 million

Newington, CT Meridian Capital Group’s Abie Kassin, Lipa Lieberman, Ikey and Morris Betesh closed on the sale of 353 Alumni Rd., a 614,610 s/f industrial property on 77 acres. This transaction follows a recent industrial sale arranged by Meridian in Rahway, N.J.

The fully stabilized property features a short-term lease with below-market rents and has significant value-add potential. Meridian’s Kassin, Lieberman, and David Schechtman procured the buyer and the Beteshs represented the seller.
