Messier of Residential Properties Ltd. named to the board of directors of The New England Relocation Association

Residential Properties Ltd.'s director of relocation services, Elizabeth Messier, has been elected to the board of directors of the New England Relocation Association. She was named as one of the two new board members at the June 7th meeting. Messier was elected to a term of two years and is eligible for re-election to additional terms. The New England Relocation Association was founded in 1976 and provides a forum for relocation professionals to: * Expand their knowledge and awareness of the issues surrounding the transfers of employees. * Increase relocation cost savings. * Facilitate the transfer of employees. * Improve the quality of relocation programs and increase employee satisfaction in relocation. Messier joins thirteen other corporate and associate members who comprise the board of the association. The nation's first regional relocation organization, New England Relocation Association was the brainchild of several members of the nationally based Worldwide ERC. Founders created the group to provide an ongoing exchange of ideas and information among our region's relocation professionals. It draws its membership of relocation and HR professionals from corporations throughout New England and associated firms that provide the actual relocation services. Messier is one of these associate members, and originally joined this educational organization in 1998. She started when she first became Director of Relocation for Residential Properties Ltd., a full service real estate agency with a very active "Relo" Department. The company's reach is global through an affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, and provides turnkey one-stop service to corporations looking to relocate individuals from one location to another. Residential Properties Ltd. has been serving sellers and buyers of distinctive properties since 1981 through service, innovation and sheer hard work. The Company, with five offices located in Barrington, Cumberland, East Greenwich, Narragansett and Providence, services all of Rhode Island, the Connecticut shoreline and southeastern and central Massachusetts. In addition, the relocation department assists buyers and sellers on transactions throughout the country.
