Messore of Colonial Properties brokers $420,000 sale for JJ Russ LLC
Fred Messore, vice president and development specialist at Colonial Properties, has completed the sale of the former Car Tech, a 3,380 s/f automotive repair building on .51 acre, located at 956 Boston Post Rd. Colonial Properties, Inc. was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the seller, JJ Russ LLC.
The buyer, Champion Transmission, LLC will be using the property as a transmission repair facility.
Sammy Rivera of Champion Transmission, LLC, who purchased the property for $420,000, has plans to renovate the existing building to house his business - Budget Transmission.
In another transaction, Messore leased 10,199 s/f of light industrial space to H&L Plastics Company at 222 Universal Dr., North Haven owned by Branco Inc. H&L Plastics signed a two-year lease. According to the owner Charlie Bolton, they are a fiberglass product manufacturer.
H&L Plastics was represented by Phil Barber from H. Pearce Company.
Messore is also handling the leasing of 30,000 s/f of space for lease at the facility as well as marketing the property for sale. The property is well located off I-91 with highway visibility.
Lakeville, CT Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, a real estate firm serving Connecticut and New York City’s northern suburbs, has brokered the sale for $3.5 million of the Wake Robin Inn, a 15,800 s/f historic inn located on 11.52 acres at 106 Sharon Rd.
