Messore of Colonial Properties brokers two leases totaling 16,000 s/f

Milford, CT According to Mike Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties, Inc., Fred Messore, senior vice president, has completed two leases totaling 16,000 s/f.
Messore represented the tenant, Gold Medal Bakery, and the landlord, Clarke Properties, in the negotiation of a lease for 14,000 s/f of warehouse space at 155 Hill St., a multi-tenanted industrial campus. They are relocating from West Haven.
Messore also represented the tenant, Physicians Alliance of CT, LLC (PACT), and the landlord, Scipmore Realty, LLC in negotiating the lease of 2,000 s/f at 477 Boston Post Rd. in Orange. They are relocating from Milford.
