Messore of Colonial Properties sells 20,593 s/f for $445,000
According to Mike Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties, Inc., the firm completed sale of 463-465 Main St., a 19,897 s/f commercial building on 1.15 acres and a 696 s/f residential home on .15 acres.
Fred Messore, senior vice president at Colonial Properties was the sole broker in the transaction for his representation of the seller - JT Ventures, LLC. The buyer - Image Paper.com, LLC purchased the property for $445,000 and plans to move their paper packaging company from New Jersey to East Haven and also plans on renovating the small home.
