MG Commercial sells 50,000 s/f industrial facility for $1.275 million
Rhody Rug, Inc. purchased 9 Powder Hill Rd., located in the North Central Industrial Park. The facility consists of 50,000 s/f and is situated on 4.5 acres. Rhody Rug, Inc. manufactures braided rugs and relocated from Cumberland. The seller was S & A Realty Associates and the sale price was $1.275 million.
George Paskalis, SIOR and Larry Steingold of MG Commercial Real Estate represented the property and were the exclusive brokers.
