MGR/Commercial Real Estate Services and CBRE co-broke 62,720 s/f lease renewal for Hexacomb
Hexacomb Corporation recently renewed its lease at 456 Sackett Point Rd. Hexacomb which occupies 62,720 s/f was represented by David Tropp and Matthew O'Hare of CB Richard Ellis.
The owner Sackett Land Company, LLC was represented by Michael Rosenbaum of MGR/Commercial Real Estate Services.
